Leisure facilities

On the former railway line Dorfen - Taufkirchen (Vils) - Velden the Vilstalradweg, one of the most beautiful cycle paths in Bavaria, was built in 1999. In addition to the Waldbad, there are signposted hiking trails, numerous sports and play venues or a visit to the dwarf forest for further outdoor activities.

If it is uncomfortable outside or if you want to take it easy physically: The well-equipped library or the prehistoric museum are always worth a visit.
