Supervisory board of the Gemeindewerke Taufkirchen (Vils)
The supervisory board consists of 6 members. The 1st mayor of the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) is a member of the supervisory board by virtue of office. In addition, the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) sends two more members. The city council appointed the following persons for this on May 19th, 2026:

School Association Assembly
of the primary school association Taufkirchen (Vils) and the secondary school association Taufkirchen (Vils)
Based on student enrollment figures, the Municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) is required to appoint three additional representatives—in addition to the First Mayor—to the School Association Assemblies for both the Primary School and the Secondary School. These representatives are appointed by the Municipal Council for the duration of its electoral term. Going forward, Raphaela Nieder, Sosa Balderanou, Manfred Slawny, and Stephan Stadler will represent the Municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) within the Taufkirchen (Vils) Primary School Association. Their deputies are Michael Lechner, Elke Friedrich-Heigl, Second Mayor Bernd Friedrich, and Dr. Christian Aigner.
Raphaela Nieder, Sosa Balderanou, and Manfred Slawny have been appointed to the School Association Assembly of the Taufkirchen (Vils) Secondary School Association. In this instance as well, their deputies are Michael Lechner, Elke Friedrich-Heigl, and Second Mayor Bernd Friedrich. Should the number of students from the Municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) enrolled in the Taufkirchen (Vils) Secondary School Association exceed 300 in the coming school years, Stephan Stadler will also be appointed as a representative. In that event, his deputy will be Dr. Christian Aigner.
Library Board of Trustees
According to the contract between the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) and the Catholic Church Foundation Taufkirchen (Vils), the library board of trustees should consist of members of the Catholic Church Foundation and members of the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils). The city council decided on May 19th, 2026 to send the following members from its ranks to the library board of trustees for the duration of the current legislative period:

Verbandsversammlung des Zweckverbandes "Kommunale Verkehrsüberwachung Südostbayern"
Der Gemeinderat beschloss in seiner Sitzung vom 19.05.2026, den Leiter des Sachgebietes Öffentliche Sicherheit und Ordnung Georg Schmittner zum Verbandsrat sowie Michael Lechner (erster Referent für Verkehr und Mobilität) und den Hauptamtsleiter Johannes Pregler als stellvertretende Verbandsräte des Zweckverbandes „Kommunale Verkehrsüberwachung Südostbayern“ zu bestellen.
