How are municipal building plots and apartments allocated?

Currently, there are many inquiries for building plots and apartments without restrictions. This demand is met with a very limited supply from both the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) and the private market.

Therefore, building plots are only offered to those who intend to build a house promptly and with the immediate intention of owner-occupancy. Nevertheless, selection decisions are to be expected. These are made independently and based on the legal framework of municipal policy guidelines.

The allocation is based on the allocation guidelines of the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) (only available in german).

By submitting your contact details, you consent to the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) processing your data in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter a of the GDPR and storing it in the list of interested parties.

Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time without giving reasons by contacting the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils). In this case, we will remove you from the list of interested parties. Revoking your consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
