How is the allocation of municipal building plots carried out?

Currently, there are many requests for bond-free residential building plots. This demand is offset by a very limited supply both from the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) and the private market.

Residential building plots are therefore only offered to those willing to build, who want to build a residential house promptly and with an immediate intention of own use. Nevertheless, necessary selection decisions are to be expected. These are taken independently and on the legal basis of local political requirements.

Entry in the list of interested parties for residential building plots of the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) 

The entry in the municipal list of interested parties has the aim of being informed about future land offers. Registration is non-binding and free of charge. For this purpose, the following data is required from you:

• Name,
• Address,
• Phone number and
• E-Mail-Address.

By submitting your contact data, you agree that the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) may process your data in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and store it in the list of interested parties.

Your consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time without giving reasons to the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils). In this case, we will delete you from the list of interested parties. The revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation.
