Municipal bus Taufkirchen (Vils)

The municipal bus has been in use in Taufkirchen (Vils) since September 2013. From Monday to Friday, starting from the stop in Bräuhausstraße, it drives to 27 stops and arrives back at the starting point after half an hour. It runs every half hour from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m and from 1.30 p.m to 5 p.m.

All shops, doctors and public facilities such as the town hall, forest bath, cemetery in the local area can be easily reached with the municipal bus.

Since January 2020, the municipal bus can be used free of charge for everyone!

 Attention:
Due to the construction site in Kirchlerner Weg, there may be delays in the timetable.
The municipal bus will continue to serve the Kirchlerner Weg stop.

Disabled-friendly and comfortable vehicle

The Taufkirchen municipal bus was officially handed over to its destination on 13 March 2014. The handicapped-accessible Mercedes Sprinter is a low-floor vehicle, which makes it easy for wheelchair users and people with walkers to get in at stops specially designed boards.


Connection to Moosen (Vils)

The municipal bus connection to Moosen (Vils) was discontinued from February 2017 due to a lack of demand. The municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils) asks for your understanding.
