Citizen Service

In addition to the matters that you can take care of in the town hall - a selection of the most important concerns is compiled under “Who can help?” - you will find further service offers under Citizen Service Portal online (see below). There are also special offers in the town hall, which are listed below.

Once a month, starting at 3 p.m., energy consultant Josef Liebl gives information on energetic renovations, thermal insulation, photovoltaics, energy saving in the household and subsidies in one-on-one meetings.

Angelika Greil is responsible for pension advice in the town hall. She is available Monday and Tuesday morning in the adjoining building of the town hall on room no. B1.02. Appointments can be made by telephone on 08084 3773.

In the district office in Erding, free pension and rehabilitation consultations are held every 2nd and 4th Monday of the month by the Deutsche Rentenversicherung. Registration on tel. 0800 6789100 is required.

There are currently no VdK consultation days in Taufkirchen. Further advice options can be requested by calling 08122 892552 or by email: kv-erding@vdk.de.

The advice is only for VdK members.

For recognized and unrecognized refugees who are housed in the municipality of Taufkirchen (Vils), there is a consultation hour in the Taufkirchen town hall every 4th Thursday of the month (you can find the exact dates in the calendar). Alexandra Held, responsible clerk in the Erding District Office, is from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m in room 1.01 / 1 for social counseling.
